Success Stories

Dave did a masterful job with this book. The whole process of evaluating training is critically important now more than ever! He spells out a three step process of measuring intent, adoption and impact. The best that I have ever seen. This book guides you through how to measure a ROI on training and takes a relatively difficult topic and simplifies it down for the reader. Bravo!
