This workshop will help you to identify and overcome barriers to effective time and management issues. You will use proven time management skills, time management approaches and time management strategy development plan your time and organize it for your personal success.

Course Description:
This 2-day workshop is specifically designed to focus on the practical application of Project Management (PM) basic concepts. You will return to work with the knowledge and tools needed to get projects started right and completed successfully - using standard PM templates. This workshop provides sound techniques for planning, estimating, tracking and controlling projects.

Course Description:
Developing leaders who operate with strategic agility and inspire permanent behavior change in their operations is essential to a firm’s continual growth. This is the purpose of the workshop. The target audiences are the current leaders and HI-PO employees. Workshop size is set at a maximum of 10.
The design of this program is to use the workshop approach (a learning experience to improve leadership skills by discussing their experiences and doing practical exercises).
