Predictive Evaluation

Success Stories

Dave Basarab's PREDICTIVE EVALUATION: ENSURING TRAINING DELIVERS BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATIONAL RESULTS tells how to assess and improve programs before, during and after delivery, showing trainers and business owners alike how to forecast training's benefits to a company and measure against these predictions of success. From identifying specific goals you want to instill in participants to developing measures of how employees adopt the target beliefs and goals for positive business results, this is a 'must' for any business owner.
