The Business and Learning Connection

Intersection of business and training - building the capability to achieve business goals. Training can accelerate the performance of an organization by enabling its people to adopt new concepts, new actions and new behaviors that are required by the business strategy. Training is the vehicle by which a company’s people come to understand and believe in its strategy and learn to think and behave in ways that will make the strategy win in the marketplace.

Clients that use Dave Basarab Consulting custom learning solutions come to understand and believe in our recommended strategy, and make the strategy win in the marketplace.  Our approach has been proven again and again through client successes. We design our programs to create the right Intentions (goals and beliefs) and Adoptive Behaviors that drive business results (Impact).  The outcome is that people learn to think and behave in new ways, maximizing business success across all areas of the entire organization.

Success Stories

As a training provider at TACK-USA, I have seen all too often the missed opportunities when training is followed-up on ineffectively or not at all. Predictive Evaluation outlines a process that not only measures the effectiveness, but also includes strategies to ensure the skills are adopted and ROI is maximized. This is a how to book, not a high level concept. The practices outlined here are the best I have seen. They will be effective. The author got this exactly right.
